Here we leave you a video of how can you present your projects for the final presentations.

Final Deliverable Tips

Hello everybody,

Based on the deliverables we evaluated in the past weeks, here are some tips we would like you to consider for your next deliverable:

- Remember you are designing the experience for a semi-autonomous vehicle, so you need to make clear how your project is making easier or better the use of all these technologies a semi-autonomous vehicle implies.

- You can combine technologies as long as you can demonstrate they will be available for production on 2020.

- If not sure how your proposal solves experience related to semi-autonomous vehicles, try analyzing deeper today's usage of ADAs technologies and the opportunities there are on what users don´t understand, go deeper in this analysis.

- Focus on the details, remember that this is a design project focused on HMI, which means that your proposals should integrate car interior elements designed or proposed by you (panel, doors, steering wheel, levers, buttons, etc., not limited to screens) not just an integration of existing technologies. The best you detail your proposal and explain step by step how it works, the best chances you will have to win this contest. Integrating is easy, the difficult part is the detail.

- Remember we want to see the whole experience you are designing, we need to see all the aspects as if we were the users in the scenario you will be using. Use the tools you consider best to show all your designed components.

-  Ask yourselves these question for your proposal,
How is my project making the user feel more comfortable/confident using ADAs technologies?
Is my project inviting the user to use this technologies more frequently?
What is the main problem my proposal is solving from today's usage of ADAs technologies?

Presentation Format for First Deliverable

Good afternoon participants, we are only a few days away from the first deliverable presentations and we are getting very excited about it.

You are free to present in the format that works best for you, just consider the fact that it will be a remote presentation and you should be able to run through your presentation smoothly.

Remember that time is very limited and you will have to show all your research work in a few minutes. That is why we would like to suggest you use "Pecha Kucha 20x20" format.

In order to make the usage of this presentation format possible, we  will extend the time limit to 7 minutes but not more, so please be very careful you finish your presentation before limit.

Please find more information about Pecha Kucha in the following link:

Good luck and see you soon!
